Volunteer Policy

CLHA requires its volunteers and interns to submit to a background check. The Cedar Lake Metropolitan Police Department conducts a thorough background check ensuring that our volunteers have not been convicted of a crime involving children. This is for the safety of all children that will tour the Museum.

Completed background check form must be submitted with a copy of the individual's driver's license or state-issued identification.
